Food glorious Food catering company was created by head chef extraordinaire Adrienne Hickey. Hickey grew up working in professional kitchens and at the tender age of 17 she worked under Irish celebrity chef Ernie Evans, Hickey studied in Dublin’s renowned Catering college Cathal Brugha street , winning the highly sought after scholarship to further enhance her studies in the Johnson & Wales university in, Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Passionate about food and her love of singing tunes from musicals the fabulous name Food Glorious food company was born.
Hickey has worked in several top notch Restaurants under many amazing chefs such as Richard Corrigan in The Fulham road and The Barbican Theatre, Mark Hix in The IVY London, Michael Martin at La Stampa Dublin, Marlfield house, Lutterellstown and Lismore castle, to name but a few.
From Humble beginnings in 2007, Food Glorious Food was originally created as a specialist catering company serving many corporate offices, private dinner parties and events. Food glorious food has steadily grown and developed into a multi faceted company.
